Peter Hermann, founder and managing partner, IT management consultant & architect.Peter has been working with talented teams to solve tough IT problems since graduating from Bowdoin College in the 90's. He is a great believer in the power of teams to succeed or fail in solving tough problems, and the supreme importance of trust and professionalism in organizational leadership. He has an MBA from Duke University, a bunch of IT certifications, and though he once played mostly guitar and a mean harmonica, now mostly plays the piano. He lives with his family in Nashville, TN.
Wilkie McKelvey, partner, senior technology & IT management consultant. Wilkie graduated from Kenyon College and Case Western Reserve University's Masters in Information Systems program. He has designed, implemented, trained, deployed, documented and evaluated dozens of IT systems and products, specializing in BMC's Bladelogic & Marimba products, IT Discovery, Application Virtualization, and PC desktop security products. He is ITIL Foundation and "Release and Control" Practitioner certified, among others. He can also tell you many interesting things about digital home entertainment systems, plays the piano, and lives in Cleveland, OH.
John A. Dwyer, sr. technology & IT management consultant. John had degrees in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Administration from Michigan Technological University and is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer. After years designing, deploying and administering enterprise systems for Unisys, he brought his exceptional skills to Belmont. He is an expert in Active Directory, BMC Bladelogic Automation for Clients (Marimba), and BMC's ADDM/Tideway products, among other things. In his non-professional life, he is a paramedic and treasurer of a large non-profit, and can usually be found riding his bicycle near or far from his home in the Philadelphia, PA area.
Joe Doherty, sr. account executive. Joe graduated from Rutgers with an Engineering degree before getting his MBA from Seton Hall University. His experiences have been in the sales and marketing of computer systems and many different kinds of software, especially in the systems management and automation areas. He keeps his interest in science and math alive by reading extensively, and breaks that up by getting out for a round of golf now and then. He lives with his wife in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Leonid Gruzman, sr. technology consultant. Leo has been working in the IT industry for over eighteen years, with particular emphasis in financial services, having worked as a desktop solutions engineer and manager for Goldman, Sachs and JP Morgan, and also with technology companies such as DoubleClick and Mutual Data, Inc. Since joining Belmont, Leo has been managing implementations, designs, and upgrades for many of Belmont's most demanding global customers, specializing in BMC's Bladelogic for Clients and ADDM (Tideway).
Brian Baril, sr. technology consultant. Brian has been working in the IT industry as a systems engineer, product manager and consultant since 1994. During that time he has managed or been hands-on with integration and deployment efforts at Fortune 1000 companies, and has had the opportunity to be the product manager for companies such as Marimba, BMC, and Fabrik. He has consulted with VMWare on research for their application virtualization product (ThinApp). He brings to Belmont excellent knowledge and insight into virtualization, IT discovery, desktop and application management. He lives in san Jose, CA with his family.
